Boxing FAQs

Boxing fitness is about working the heart muscles along with a full-body workout to build strength, endurance, balance, and physique. Boxing training is preparation for getting into a boxing match. You won’t need to wear a mouthguard here!

Our boxing fitness classes begin with a warmup to awaken muscles and get the blood pumping. Then we move into cardio-focused exercises along with strength-building training. Classes are usually 60 minutes and are led by a trainer.
